Information on the purchase/redemption of packages

How to purchase a package:

1. Select the desired private lesson package at your preferred swimming pool.
2. Choose the option "Buy new points card".
3. Add the package to your shopping cart and complete the booking.
4. After purchase, you will receive a voucher with a code via email.

How to redeem your voucher:

1. Visit our online shop again.
2. Select the package matching the name on your voucher.
3. Choose the option "Redeem multiple-ticket".
4. Enter the code you received.
5. You can now book your desired lesson date(s) securely.

The displayed amount will remain €0.00 since the ticket has already been paid for.
You can book all lessons at once—or individually, if you are not yet sure about the dates.

Additional information:

• The ticket is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
• The ticket is non-transferable and valid for only one person.
• Online booking must be completed no later than 3:00 PM on the day before the lesson.
